Varidigm works with OEMs to map ideal Gas/Air curves and Maximum

Platform Attributes
Simultaneous sensing and control of both combustion air and fuel allow the VB1200 to MODULATE gas fired units and achieve:
- OPTIMAL EFFICIENCY at every point over the firing range, conserving energy and reducing operating costs.
- MAXIMUM TURNDOWN matching output to demand for superior temperature control
- CLEAN COMBUSTION over the full firing range
- FEWER ON-OFF CYCLES reducing start cycle wear on components and reducing temperature swings that contribute to thermal stress
- AUTOMATIC COMPENSATION for changes in altitude and vent length eliminate nuisance lockouts and the need for high altitude kits
- SINGLE POINT CONTROL for all gas system components including ignition, flame sensing, and safeties with SYSTEM STATUS CODES reported on a bright, seven segment display is easy to read and service
- FIRING RATE controlled by 0-10vdc signal from BMS or configurable for control to DISCHARGE, SPACE or DIFFERENTIAL temperature setpoints
- MULTIPLE/STACKED gas units can be operated by a MASTER VB1200 that automatically detects and configures a LINEAR FIRING RATE for up to (4) SATELLITE units
- CONFIGURABLE ANALOG INPUTS and OUTPUTS for application flexibility
